Our work is shaped by research and evidence from our projects – deliberately seeking out voices from across generations – which we amplify with decision-makers so they can improve health and wellbeing, connections and care right now and for the future.
The Hallmark Foundation has limited funds but big ambitions. We therefore seek to fund innovation and meet new needs in ageing well and care. Where possible we will work with other funders and our fundees to attract additional funding to create bigger impacts.
